Before a US carrier approves your texting campaign, a reviewer opens the privacy policy, terms and opt-in you registered. Paste the same links and see what they look for: the promise that mobile numbers are never shared (Twilio 30908), no wording that lets them go to third parties (30932), and an opt-in that is clear, optional and never pre-ticked (30924).
