What carriers check before they approve your texts
In the US, business texting from a regular phone number needs an approved A2P 10DLC campaign. Before approving it, the carriers' reviewers open the links you registered and look for specific things: a privacy policy that says mobile numbers and text consent are never shared for marketing, SMS terms with how often you text, "Message and data rates may apply", STOP and HELP, and an opt-in that is never pre-ticked and never a condition of buying.
