How we write and check these guides
Every how-to, guide and comparison on this site follows the same rules: one named author, every platform requirement traced to the platform's own documentation, dates that mean what they say, and a weekly check that the sources still say it.

Where the facts come from
Each requirement we state is read in the platform's own documentation: Play Console Help, App Store Review Guidelines, Meta Business Help, Google Ads Help, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Help, Shopify, Stripe, Wix and WordPress documentation, and so on. The page links to the exact document under Sources or in the line that starts "Read in the platform's own documentation on".
We do not quote rejection rates, review times or statistics we cannot show. When a platform's page is unclear, the guide says so instead of guessing.
What the dates mean
Published is the day the page first went live. Updated is the last day a person edited it. Last verified and read on dates are the day a person last opened the cited documentation and compared it with the page. A date moves only when that happened, never on its own.
How the sources are checked
Every Monday an automated job loads each link cited on these pages. A link that no longer loads, now redirects to a home page, or has changed since we read it lands on an internal board. A person then re-reads the platform's page, updates the guide if the requirement moved, and sets the verified date to that day.
How the drafts are made
Drafting uses software, including AI writing tools, for structure and translation. The rules above apply to the result: every requirement must trace to a linked source, every price we print is a price we charge, and a page is reviewed before it goes live. Translations into Spanish, German, French, Chinese and Hindi are kept in step with the English page by automated checks; the cited sources stay in the language the platform publishes them in.
What we sell, and what we do not do
Privacy Policy URL sells hosted documents. The guides link to that product where it solves the problem on the page. The platform requirements we describe do not change because of it, and we do not write that a platform demands something it does not.
- No invented quotes, statistics, reviews or deadlines.
- No countdowns or stock counters; the price on the page is the price at checkout.
- No claim that a hosted link is the only way to satisfy a field. A page on your own domain works too; the guides say when.
